The Jammer of July winner is @thicciegifts! The jammers that nominated thicciegifts had very highly spoken words to say about her. A jammer said that "it is impossible to replicate what she does". Thicciegifts "spoiles her friends and fans" (a voter) by hosting many little giveaways with big gifts, or shall I say, thiccie gifts. Thicciegifts has became one of the most favored gifting accounts considering she has given so much to jammers. Not only that, but she is fun and creative with activities to do in the community. Thicciegifts is the founder of Animal Jam Survivor and she has hosted season 1 before it was passed on to another jammer. She is an excellent example of a generous jammer. Congratulations Thicciegifts, we love a skinny legend!

The Jammer of May is @tauntycat! Tauntycat is a great example of what a jammer in this community should be like. She charms the community with her silly and whimsical memes, some even call her the "meme master of AJ" (a voter). Taunty puts effort into all of her posts hoping to make her followers happy. A voter said "love seeing everything they post". Tauntycat is known for starting the derp profile picture trend on Instagram! She has provided the community with so many positive vibes. Congratulations Tauntycat!❤️

Which Team are YOU on?

The official teams for the Animal Jam booth featuring at VidCon 2018 is now released! Team Sabertooth, consisting of Aparri, Gellyjones, Typicalrocky, and Twinkle0122, will be going head to head with Team Direwolf, consisting of Sethyy, Wisteriamoon, Bepper, and Snowyclaw! This year, AJHQ decided to switch the teams from Team Mira and Team Zios to the two new big animals in Jamaa, the Sabertooth Tigers and Direwolves. Mira and Zios may have represented Animal Jam more as a whole, but our two new and prehistoric cat and dog going head to head is a great idea. The concept is somewhat ironic since cats and dogs were always considered to be enemies. 😄

Many jammers are disappointed and seem a little bit angry with the official teams. Many jambassadors are not active in the community anymore which perhaps is the cause of the disappointment. Some say that they would love to see the active youtubers in our community, such as Try, Lovewithsongz, Nutelli, and Rockabillykitty at VidCon rather than those who are inactive. People are suggesting the need for a new generation of jambassadors to start appealing more to the younger and the future jammers of Jamaa! Not everyone in the community feels that some changes need to be made, but in the meantime we must have fun and create memories with the wonderful people we have now.

The teams are already set and ready to go! VidCon 2018, here we come!
